Lindsay Larson - Florager Herbalist and Botanical Illustrator
Follow On InstagramGreetings, my name is Lindsay and I reside on the shores of Lake Superior in Northern Wisconsin. I am a bioregional herbalist and botanical illustrator who finds unending inspiration from the land. My passions of creativity, health, and the natural world have combined to create what you see here.
I have had many teachers during my herbal journey (including the flora and fungi themselves), but was formally trained in The Wise Woman Tradition by Linda Conroy of Moonwise Herbs in 2018. The herbs and ingredients found in my products are sustainably wildcrafted or organically grown by myself or reputable sellers. My illustrations started as a way to connect with plants. When I was studying them and learning their form. I found that drawing them both helped me to recall and identify the plants more accurately and also fed my creative soul. I currently specialize in hand-drawn ink and digital illustrations. I offer original works, prints, and custom commission pieces. -
Jennifer Johnson - Lenora Organics
The beautiful name LENORA stems from my Norwegian Grandmother and inspiration. She taught me about self-care at a young age and the importance of taking control of your mental and physical health.
This business started when I couldn't find anything to cleanse my skin. Many of the commercial products contained chemicals, and I was looking for something organic, simple and effective. VERY frustrated, determined, and imaginative, I started to experiment with ORGANIC herbs + flower blends. It started working! Simplicity was the key!
LENORA creates products with certified organic ingredients in very small batches with NO dyes, preservatives, or chemicals. We also DO NOT test on animals! We highly value sustainability: glass bottles, jars and paperboard containers. We are always trying to improve our carbon footprint.
SELF-CARE is incorporated into our philosophy. If you are not well and happy in the mind and spirit, you certainly can’t help others. -
