This formula draws on adaptogenic traditions long used to help the body respond wisely to life’s rhythms and demands. Rather than stimulation, this tea offers a slow, sustained sense of strength, best appreciated when simmered patiently on the stove, allowing the roots to fully open and share their depth.

Ingredients:
Eleuthero, Rhodiola, Ashwagandha, Astragalus, Marshmallow Root, Licorice Root, Ginger, Goji Berry, Mulberry, Lemon Peel

How to Brew (Root & Bark):
Add 2 Tbsp of tea and 4 cups of water to a pot.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 20–30 minutes.
Strain and enjoy. Optional additions: milk, honey, or both.

How to Brew

In a tea cup or tea pot, use 1 Tbsp per 2 cups water, placing the herbs in a tea infuser, tea bag, or loose to be strained as poured.

Add just boiled water to the herbs. Allow to steep 5-10 minutes, for a stronger tea infuse 30minutes to 4 hours.

Stir in Honey to taste (optional) and enjoy! Delicious served hot or iced.
