calm & anxiety relief
Compassion Tea
Compassion Tea
A heart-centered tea to encourage openness, understanding, and emotional balance.
Compassion begins with a calm and centered heart. This tea was created as a quiet ritual for softening, opening, and listening—both inwardly and outwardly.
Motherwort, tulsi, and rose set a gentle emotional tone, while elderflower adds lightness and grace. Hawthorn leaf and flower lend balance, reminding us that an open heart also knows when to pause, protect, and restore. This is a tender, reflective tea, best enjoyed slowly.
