How to Brew:
Add 2 Tbsp of tea and 4 cups of water to a pot.
Bring to a boil, then simmer 20–30 minutes.
Strain and enjoy. Add milk and honey if desired.

How to Brew
In a tea cup or tea pot, use 1 Tbsp per 2 cups water, placing the herbs in a tea infuser, tea bag, or loose to be strained as poured.
Add just boiled water to the herbs. Allow to steep 5-10 minutes, for a stronger tea infuse 30minutes to 4 hours.
Stir in Honey to taste (optional) and enjoy! Delicious served hot or iced.
